This 600 Horsepower Hillclimb Camaro Absolutely Rips

Raphael Orlove Sep 30, 2018. 19 comments

I’d say this is a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28, but I won’t go short of saying that it’s a tube frame race car. But that’s not important. What’s important is that it has a 600 horsepower naturally-aspirated V8 and it goes extremely sideways.

More than that, it’s also fast. This car ran the fifth fastest up this year’s Knox Mountain Hillclimb in British Columbia, up to the east of Vancouver.

Here’s the video uploader’s description:

This Spaceframed Race Car from 1995 caught everyone´s attention due to its V8 Soundtrack and the spectacular driving style of Mr. Jensen which included plenty of controlled sliding. And that at the wheel of such an unforgiving Monster is always a big plus.

Controlled sliding indeed. Hats off to Mr. Jensen for this one.

One of the best things I ever did with my Volkswagen was take a gigantic trunk half as big as the car itself, strap it to the roof rack and slowly drive it home, across two boroughs of New York City. Because in that trunk is a tap and die kit.A tap and die kit will make you feel...
